KCDR provides mediation for disputes which may / may not be filed/pending at any court/forum. Disputes may be settled between the parties saving them from the litigation process within court.

In event of a dispute, parties may wish to settle the same by referring the matter to KCDR for an amicable resolution.

If the matter is pending adjudication before a court/forum, parties can request the presiding officer/judge to refer the case for mediation at KCDR.

It is pertinent to note that for mediation to take place, consent of both parties is required.
