At IDP Hameed arranges BOD meeting, Shareholders meetings and performs various tasks related to the job of corporate Secretary. She is also looks after all administrative functions of the Bank.

She has experiences in formulating risk management policies in line with SBP guidelines, operational and human resources polices. She has monitored risk assets at IDP, suggesting measures like balancing modernization of projects, inventory control measures and rescheduling and restructuring proposals. She has also dealt with Foreign Credit Suppliers and MOF.

Hameed holds a degree in Engineering from NED University and an ACIS from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers.
