Ayesha Sarfraz

Lawyer, 10 years professional experience

Ayesha Sarfraz serves on the Board of Directors for Audit Services International and is one of the founding directors of the Fazaldad Human Rights Institute. She provides project design, management and advisory services in the Non-Governmental sector.


Sarfraz did Bar-at-Law at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn finishing in 1995, and LL.B (Hons) from the University of Durham in 1994. Before pursuing an education in law, she did her Bachelors from the University of Punjab in Psychology and English Literature.

In 2004, Sarfraz was invited by the US State Department as part of an international delegation of 29 Women Leaders in Development to meet interest groups, business and government officials on the subject of women’s participation, leadership and entrepreneurship in society.

Sarfraz has worked for GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan as Manager Legal Affairs and as a Senior Associate Advocate at the law firm of Hussain and Haider.

She is a member of the Punjab Bar Council and the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn as well a member of Pakistan Women Lawyer’s Association (PAWLA).
