Arshad Hussain Khan is working as Partner in M/s Faisal Kamal & Arshad Hussain, Advocates. His main sphere of interest are Constitutional Law, Sales Tax, Customs Law, Service and Labour Law, Criminal Law, Family Laws and Taxation Law.

Khan handles legal matters and litigation covering every domain of law, including, Corporate, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Criminal law, particularly NAB and Anti-corruption law.

In 1996, Khan joined Khalid M. Ishaque, Senior Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, after completing a mandatory internship period. He assisted Ishaque in a number of cases in the Superior Courts. The firm re-structured in 1998, and became known as M/s Amir Hani Muslim Advocates and Associates, and on his elevation to the bench of the Sindh High Court in 2002, M/s Faisal Kamal & Arshad Hussain Advocates came into existence.

He is a member of the Sindh Bar Council, Sindh High Court Bar Association, Karachi Bar Association, SAARC Law (Regional Association for the South Asian Countries) (Pakistan chapter) and The Chartered Institute of Logistic & Transport (Pakistan chapter).
