As an in-house mediator she manages case flow of the referred cases for mediations, gives backup support to fellow mediators and conducts mediations herself as well. She also oversees trainings, financial and misc. reports to IFC and over all administration of the centre.

Ms. Noman has worked as the Head of Housing Finance Department for Mandviwalla and Zafar, where she looked after issues relating to legal opinions, managed time lines, and kept a close liaison with clients to resolve issues. Her experience in law includes assisting in drafting legal opinions for multinational and foreign clients, as a Chamber lawyer for Sattar and Sattar, where she researched and prepared summaries with opinions on international trends of electronic law, e-banking, entertainment law, electronic commerce and telecommunication laws. She also worked with Lawyers for Human Rights and Legal Aid where she worked on family cases with regards to khula, divorce, maintenance and custody of children. At LHRLA she also worked as legal counselor for 'Madadgar' a UNICEF supported crisis centre for women and children. Noman also devised HR policies and service rules for LHRLA.
In a career spanning 13 years, she has previously worked with NCR Corporation, Citibank and Union Bank.

Ms. Noman relaxes by scuba diving, snorkeling and swimming, she also likes to read and travel.
