Scope:
- To oversee and monitor the overall working and functions of the Society and to suggest ways and steps to implement the objectives of the Society.

Scope:
- To suggest ways and means from time to time to train and certify Mediators at the Centre, specifically providing international level basic and advance training in ADR / Mediation and practices.
- To register independent Mediators and create a Mediator database of such trained Mediators who could be drawn for mediating disputes.
- To assist in establishing certification and accreditation mechanism and constitute standards and competencies for registration and issuance of licences to the Mediators.

- To suggest / propose steps and mechanism in order to propagate, promote and coordinate ADR / Mediation nationally.

- To interact with different bodies and multinational forums, associations of different trade organisations, corporations, foreign government representatives to take donations and by taking them on board by offering corporate membership to enhance case referrals and mediation training programmes.
