Rafiuddin Junejo has over 31 years of experience, with a wide range of knowledge in banking, credit administration, assets remedial management and banking laws. He is well versed in the procedure and system of litigation.

Junejo joined Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in 1974 and is now the Senior Vice President and Divisional Head of the Litigation Division. His experience includes 6 years of banking operations, 10 years in advances/credits/finances (operations & credit administration), 7 years as a Law Officer and 8 years as Head of Litigation.

At HBL his work included negotiation and settlement with defaulters, deciding proper action for recoveries, drafting and issuing legal notices and their replies, looking after and managing litigated affairs, liaison and advising advocates/lawyers, monitoring proceedings and pleadings and briefing advocates, solicitors, and attorneys among other responsibilities.

For 5 years in a row from 2000 to 2005, Junejo was awarded the Performance Award of the Year at HBL.
