Khalid Mahmood Siddiqui completed his Graduation and Masters in Law (LL.B and LL.M) from S.M. Law College in Karachi. He did his MBA from IBA Karachi and Masters in Economics from Shah Latif University.

At the moment he is heading KMS Law Associates, a firm that provides consultation, opinion and litigation services in almost all areas of legal and corporate activity including Banking, Civil, Contract, Taxation, Criminal, Family Rent, Labour and other peripheral matters.

His firm is presently providing legal and professional services to prominent foreign and local banks, multinationals, public/private sector corporations and companies as well as to the Federal Government, Government of Sindh, and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
