She attained her Bachelors of Law from The University of London. After completing her Bar Vocational Course (BVC) from The University of the West of England, Bristol, she was called to the Bar as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. While still in university, Bismah also interned at Irfan & Irfan, Attorneys-at-Law, as well as Orr Dignam & Co.

While in UK she attended the mediation course held by the ADR Group. She is a certified Civil and Commercial Mediator, accredited by ADR Group, UK
